Terms of Service

SoloLeads, operated by ALON LEADS L.L.C., provides business-to-business lead generation services for licensed home improvement contractors. Leads are sold on a pay-per-lead basis, and each lead is delivered to one contractor only.

We do not guarantee any business outcome. We make no promise that a lead will answer, book an appointment, or convert into a sale.

Pricing and payment terms are as agreed in a written order or invoice. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALON LEADS L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the leads in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
